Wolfson Children's Hospital is looking to add a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to our Outpatient Rehab Department in Lake City, FL. This is a part-time opportunity at the Wolfson Lake City Campus (Columbia County) working Tuesday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, no weekend, holiday, or call rotation. 

We are looking to hire an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist our team. This part-time position will work with an pediatric caseload at our Outpatient Lake City Clinic. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in pediatric sports orthopedics.

Occupational Therapist, Pediatric Outpatient Rehab Department, Job Responsibilities: 

• Evaluates and treats patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses.
• Caseload includes various diagnoses - orthopedic, neurological, and general medical. 
• Participate in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities. 
• Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
• Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements. 
• Provide ongoing patient and family education.
